ETCA – Ethiopia Talent Crew Agency was born from a simple but powerful realization.

While working closely with the cruise industry in the United States, we saw thousands of young people from different countries building careers on international cruise ships — gaining experience, supporting their families, and changing their futures.

But one question kept coming up:

“Why not Ethiopia?”

Ethiopia is home to one of the youngest and most talented populations in the world.
Every day, we see hardworking, capable, and ambitious young people — especially in hospitality — who have the potential to succeed globally.

Yet, despite this potential, opportunities in the international cruise and hospitality industries have remained out of reach for many Ethiopians.

ETCA was created to change that.

Our mission is to open doors for Ethiopian talent — to connect them with real, legal, and life-changing opportunities on cruise ships and in global hospitality.
